    Just listened to Episode 6 – Are you considering an egg to be fat and not protein? Or is it both? I eat eggs at breakfast a lot, but as my protein.

      Beth – Thanks for listening! I’d say it can qualify as both. A 3-egg-omelete with generous servings of veggies is a fantastic early day option.

      That said, if you’re looking at constructing a bigger meal, I see no issue with layering in either an extra fat – i.e. fresh avocado – or an extra protein – i.e. grass-fed steak and eggs.
